Product Description

API Spec 5L / ISO 3183:2012 Oil and Gas Line Pipes

Our ERW pipes fully comply with requirements of international standards for oil and gas line pipe applications. These high-frequency welded pipes are manufactured from carbon and low-alloy grades up to X70, with diameters ranging from 114 to 530mm (4½ - 20") and wall thicknesses from 4.0 to 12.7mm (0.16-0.5").

Quality Assurance & Testing

Multi-stage non-destructive testing using eddy current and ultrasonic flaw detectors
Acceptance mechanical tests of base metal and weld
100% hydraulic pressure testing
Pre-treatment with local or bulk heat treatment of welds
