Product Description
Hot-Dip Galvanized Pipe Support
Process and Material
Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process: Also known as hot-dip galvanizing, this process involves pickling ordinary steel brackets to remove surface impurities like iron oxide, then immersing them in a zinc pot for galvanizing. Under high temperatures, the zinc liquid reacts with the steel surface to form a zinc-iron alloy layer, with a pure zinc layer attached to the alloy layer.
Commonly Used Materials: Carbon steel is generally used as the base material, such as Q235 steel, which provides excellent strength and toughness to meet mechanical requirements for pipeline support. Some applications also use stainless steel for hot-dip galvanizing, further enhancing corrosion resistance for environments with higher corrosion resistance demands.
Performance Characteristics
Excellent Corrosion Resistance
The thick zinc layer surface protection effectively resists erosion from air, water, acid, alkali, and other media, ensuring long service life in corrosive environments like damp, acid, and salt conditions.
High Strength and Stability
Carbon steel or stainless steel base ensures high strength and stiffness, reliably supporting pipeline weight and maintaining system stability during operation while withstanding stress from thermal expansion and medium flow.
Superior Adhesion
The zinc-iron alloy layer formed during hot-dip galvanizing bonds tightly with the base material, preventing zinc layer detachment even under external impact or deformation, maintaining continuous protection.
Aesthetic Appearance
Hot-dip galvanized surfaces display a bright silver-white finish, providing an attractive appearance that enhances the overall neatness and visual appeal of pipeline systems.
Application Scenarios
  • Building Water Supply and Drainage Systems Supports various specification pipes in indoor and outdoor building applications, ensuring firm installation and smooth drainage while preventing long-term corrosion.
  • Fire Protection Systems Provides reliable support for fire water pipes, ensuring system stability and reliability during fire emergencies to guarantee proper water transmission.
  • Industrial Pipeline Systems Widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgy industries for various process pipeline support, meeting corrosion resistance and high strength requirements for crude oil transportation and chemical raw material pipelines.
  • HVAC Systems Supports pipes transporting air conditioning chilled water, hot water, and steam media, adapting to different temperature and humidity environments to ensure proper HVAC system operation.
