EGYEDI MÉRETŰ CSŐGYÁRTÁS
Lehetőség van speciális, nem szabvány szerinti méretű csövek gyártására, ennek minimum mennyisége mindig a
gyártandó mérettől függ.
Gyártási lehetőségek préseléses technikával (hosszhegesztett cső): Ø 406,4- 2000 mm átmérőig, hossz: 2000-15100
mm, falvastagság: 8-101 mm
Gyártási lehetőségek hengereléses technológiával (hosszhegesztett cső) Ø 1000-4500 mm, hossz: 1000-3500 mm, falvastagság:
10-130 mm
Egyedi (mag) lyukasztásos technológiával készített honolt és honolásra alkalmas hidraulikus, varratnélküli és hegesztett
csövek 1600 mm átmérőig, 22 méteres hosszig különösen alkalmas energia, olaj és gáz, gépipari, vízgépészeti,
anyagmozgatási célokra.

The advantage of steel tubes for precision applications is the high precision of their manufacturing, the good quality of their surface, and the guaranteed mechanical and technological properties. That is why the pipes are widely used in the machining industry and in the automotive industry. Welded pipes for precision applications are manufactured in the process of cold drawing.

BK (+C) Cold finished/hard (cold finished as drawn).
No heat treatment after last cold forming process.
BKW (+LC) Cold finished/soft (lightly cold worked).
After last heat treatment there is a light finishing
pass (cold drawing).
BKS (+SR) Cold finished/stress relieve annealed.
After the final cold forming process the tubes are
stress relieve annealed.
GBK (+A) Annealed. After the final cold forming process
the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
NBK (+N) Normalized. After the final cold forming process
the tubes are annealed above the upper
transformation point in a controlled atmosphere.
